                      My duties as a CM / Field Service Engineer include managing crews for wireless companies and to                                             

                          Oversee the daily operations of personnel. It’s my responsibility to make sure all safety and quality

                          requirements are met according to OSHA Standards. I’m responsible to make sure all

                          crews (Tower Crews & Ground Riggers) have the proper equipment and tools to complete

                          the job. My duties also include keeping track of all logistics, scheduling and to submit

·               My duties includes performing required on-site software/hardware engineering support functions required to sustain field operations, safety operations, system availability, and mission readiness, to include software installation, maintenance and test duties in support of (CREW /JCREW (Counter Electronic Warfare Increment Two) is a ground-based electronic warfare (jamming) suite designed to disrupt enemy (IED)  radio controlled detonators.  Duties require a minimal level of supervision and demonstrating initiative, reliability, and independent judgment.  Resolving software-related problems and developing alternative operational or technical approaches to mitigate problems; to include QA, QC, functions of completed systems to include testing all bands low, medium and high.
